Based on the performance on either side, players will be rewarded an assorted amount of Bloodpoints that can be utilized to unlock perks, customize their character, and purchase upgrades. There is a myriad of ways to collect Bloodpoints and sometimes it can be a struggle to accumulate required amounts in order to obtain desired slots in a character's build. Sometimes, it can take quite a few rounds in order to finally break through a Prestige level that enables the purchase of upper Tiered perks. Luckily, there are ways to go around this grind and farm Bloodpoints to both save time and ease the burden of slogging through more trials than needed.

Between every trial, there's a pre-round segment in which players can utilize their collected Bloodpoints and find new upgrades in a hub called the "Bloodweb". Between the survivor and the killer, farming Bloodpoints require different chores.

My thoughts are if you truly love the game you won't mind grinding matches for upgrading the bloodweb but I will admit grinding for hours and only few thousands of bloodpoints is pretty poor rates. I honestly wish it would gift more per trial but it is what it is in the end we should all support the gameplay style.
